We are in the final stages of completing the construction of our new custom-build home in partnership with TSA Homes. This is our first opportunity to participate in a customer-built home, but working with Tom has ensured a successful outcome. We chose to be very involved in the details and progress of the project. Tom was very helpful in educating us and helping us to make informed decisions while understanding the various trade-offs. He provided good advice and insight based on his years of experience in the custom home industry.

Another advantage of working with Tom is reaping the benefit of his patient property selection and preparation. When we were ready to begin the project, all the necessary permitting and associated details had already been completed. It was very beneficial from a timing perspective to simply begin the project. We are also very pleased the beauty and privacy provided by our property.

The outcome of working with Tom is a beautiful home in a great setting that reflects our tastes and meets our family's needs. We are excited to invite our friends and acquaintances to visit and feel comfortable in our home. We are happy to talk to potential clients who are considering working with TSA Homes.
